FtM Fit Project
This is a project designed to take people from a non-existent fitness level to being reasonably fit in a few months. It runs regularly and is intended to be competitive, with people aiming to complete and meet goals as quickly as possible.
The calendars below show the dates and numbers of press-ups, sit-ups and runs to be completed that day. For press-ups and sit-ups there will be a set of numbers divided by commas, each of those is a set, and you get a 60 second break at the comma. The final number on each day for those is a minimum. Be sure to warm up and cool down properly, and use the comments to compete. If you use google calendars, add the calendars for this project to yours, emailing jamie@transmen.org.uk if necessary.
For this calendar, press-ups are brown, running is blue, and sit-ups are green.
