Hey, my name is Jamie, and I’m the site admin / creator for this website. I’m 18, and pre testosterone as yet, but hoping to be on it in the not too distant future. I created the site to have a space from which I could co-ordinate all my projects, and to create a collaborative blogging sphere that was FtM topic specific, where people could host and comment on blogs (see the microsites link for more information and contact me (jamie@transmen.org.uk) if you’re interested in one.
I’m medium height, ginger and a bit of a douche sometimes, but I’m involved in various trans community projects, where the idea for this site arose from. The main ones are the Trans Clothing Project, with Avery, the UK Mentoring Project with Nikki, and the Trans Support Project with Milo! They all have different criteria for becoming involved, so check out their pages for more information.
I intend as time goes on to use this site for project management as well, and have a blog running with featured bloggers. If you’re interested in being a blogger, contact me on the email address above with a writing sample. This is for becoming a blogger on the main page, you don’t need to provide a writing sample to have your own blog, you just have to be willing to use it!
